Christian Leadership

A leader at the most basic level is someone who commands a following. To lead is to go before, to make a way, to show others the path, to inspire other people to follow. We need leaders in every walk of life where we live, work and play. Leadership is a concept shared by Christians and non-Christians alike however this doesn’t mean we share the same definition and outcome on how to lead. We need godly masculine men willing to lead, willing to learn, willing to commit…WE NEED YOU.

Jesus of Nazareth introduced the world to a completely different, new, and controversial leadership style.

“You know that those who are regarded as rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. - Mark 10:42-44

Learn to follow the leadership of Jesus and then lead like he did in all your imperfections and flaws through the power of his grace.
